BIOGRAPHY DR KAUZMAN

Doctor Kauzman is a specialist in oral medicine and oral and maxillofacial pathology. He obtained his doctorate in dentistry at the University of Montreal in 1998. He then continued his studies at the University of Toronto where he completed his specialty in 2004 as well as a master's degree in science. His master's degree focused on molecular changes in bone tumors.
Doctor Kauzman is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC). He has also been an examiner for the College since 2007. Doctor Kauzman is an associate professor in the Department of Stomatology of the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Montreal. He was appointed Director of this Department in June 2020 for a four-year term. He was also Head of the Diagnostic and Emergency Department of the Faculty of Dentistry for many years.
ADEL KAUZMAN
Doctor Kauzman created the oral pathology department when he took up his position at the University in 2004. He is affiliated with the CHUM but does not currently work in a hospital environment. Dr Kauzman regularly presents conferences related to his specialty at the national and international levels. He publishes articles in various scientific journals targeting general and specialist dentists. The list of Dr. Kauzman's publications can be consulted on the University of Montreal website.
Doctor Kauzman has been practicing oral medicine since 2004. He treats patients with different lesions and diseases of the mouth as well as patients who suffer from different types of chronic pain affecting the orofacial sphere. He is particularly interested in the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous and cancerous lesions of the oral cavity. Part of Dr. Kauzman's practice also includes the microscopic analysis of biopsies submitted by general and specialist dentists to the CMB oral pathology department.
